Mr. Tosh is an esteemed aviation professional and engineer, renowned for his extensive expertise in aircraft maintenance and management. Holding a EASA AML, he has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership in overseeing maintenance operations, ensuring strict compliance with aviation standards, and driving operational excellence. As a dynamic leader of the Safety Management team, he fosters a culture of safety and continuous improvement within the industry.

A graduate of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University with a Bachelor of Science in Aviation Business Administration, Mr. Tosh has held influential positions at renowned organisations including Fokker Services, Thales, Virgin Australia, Air Caledonie, Pelita Air, and KLM, leaving a significant impact at each. 

Beyond his decade of aviation accomplishments, Mr. Tosh is a seasoned entrepreneur with over a decade of experience managing multiple businesses across diverse sectors, reflecting his versatility and business acumen. His tenure in the Singapore Armed Forces, particularly with the 3rd Battalion Singapore Guards, honed his leadership capabilities, earning him commendations for outstanding performance and conduct. Mr. Tosh embodies excellence, innovation, and a commitment to safety in every endeavour.

Mr. Huzaini Shariff, is the Co-Director and Chief Operating Officer at Aircraft-ing Solutions & Consultancy Pte Ltd. He brings over 35 years of extensive experience in the aviation industry, having held key positions at esteemed companies like Singapore Airlines, Malaysia Airlines, and Boeing. His in-depth expertise in aircraft maintenance, asset management, and technical consulting positions him as a pivotal figure in the aviation sector and a driving force behind ASC's outstanding service. Throughout his career, Huzaini has showcased a strong commitment to excellence and innovation, playing a crucial role in shaping industry standards and practices. As a key contributor to ASC's exceptional service, he leverages his vast knowledge and experience to enhance operational efficiency and uphold the highest quality standards.

Captain Abdul Rahman Ahmad, is the Co-Director and Chief Technical Officer (CTO) of Aircraft-ing Solutions & Consultancy Pte Ltd. With over 40 years of experience in aviation, he started his career with basic aircraft maintenance training at Aer Lingus, Ireland, before joining Malaysia Airlines (MAS). At MAS, he specialised in Hangar Maintenance, managing C and HMV checks on various aircraft.

He has held roles as Production Inspector and Technical Representative for MAS in Germany and Indonesia and led maintenance teams in Poland. As Station Manager, he oversaw operations in Tashkent, Amsterdam, Frankfurt, Beijing, Tokyo, and other locations. He later managed transit and defect rectification duties at MAS’s Apron Service Unit at KLIA.

In 2017, he became Quality Assurance Manager at the International College of Yayasan Melaka (ICYM) and the ZRST Training School. His expertise includes end-of-lease aircraft management and overseeing part-out operations for Boeing 777s. Additionally, he is also the CEO of other two aviation companies, that manages aviation contracts and component support.
